Client-Facing Founding Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer and Client-Facing Interviewee to join our business. This person will play a key role as the technical "face" of Summitalent to secure C2C contracts for our projects. As we begin acquiring more and more projects, you’ll transition to CTO, leading the team and conducting interviews to bring in new clients. We need a strong core member who can confidently handle client communications and drive project acquisition with very good technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and take 4-5 interviews per day with clients
• Take high-stakes technical/client interviews (not just conducting them).
• Facilitate onboarding of developers into your team
• Train your team on best practices for distributed work
• Monitor team health and productivity metrics
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and remote team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer on a team using standard best practices.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full-stack engineer in one or more of programming including C#, Javascript, Python, Data Engineering, AI.
• Strong communication in English and collaboration skills (>C1 level).
• Strong technical and behavior interview skills in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
